We cannot even begin to express our gratitude towards Linda and Luisa for helping to sell our home AND purchase a new one in an area entirely new to us. We were nervous about the process from the very start, but they walked us through everything with tremendous patience and respect for the fact that we did not want to be rushed. They answered every question (day and night), calmed every fear, and fought hard for our best interests! As a result, we sold our home in two days for the TOP VALUE of any townhouse in our neighbourhood thus far (despite other realtors' doubts that it could be done)! These are smart women who know what they are doing. More importantly, they are good, honest, genuine people (and funny!). Do not hesitate in choosing them-- best decision we made! I am so thankful that they were (and still are) in our corner!

Linda is very smart, ambitious and aggressive, which was very for useful to my particular of purchase, being a power of sale you need that type of ambition and dedication. I am very pleased with the Ragona Sisters real estate services. These women have a lot of experience with staging, negotiating and time management in order to sell your house at the best price possible within no time. They are also very responsible, committed to their job and happily address any concerns and questions you may have. As agents within the market, they know how to do their job very well. In fact, it took them less than two weeks to stage, list my house and sell it at a price extremely close to my asking price. I was very shocked at this because they were able to sell my house at the highest price within my entire neighbourhood. Thanks to the Ragona sisters, my house has been turned upside down and has never looked better. They did such a great job at staging it and recommending changes such as adding hardwood to the second level. They also did a great job by working hard to the best offer for me.
