From the very start, we at “The Ragona Sisters” have been working together, beginning at our childhood. Our industrious Father had many different businesses and ensured that we were personally involved in each one. After school, all three of us had to work whether we liked it or not, but Father knew best and so we grew up with a true sense of the value of hard work done well.
Later on in our adult life, all three of us ran and managed our family retail stores. These shops sold paint, wallpaper, flooring, and home decor; little did we know then that this was a keen hint at what our future sales would be. Through those many years, from our parents dragging us to work to us taking on the responsibilities of the family business, we realized later in life that each experience gave each of us a strong work ethic and unique skill sets that helped us complement one another in business.
How It All Started

By age 21, Linda wanted to pursue something new and challenging. She broke free from the family retail business and found what she was looking for in the world of Real Estate. Linda got her license within a few short months and her first client was our delighted father. She did very well in her first year of business, proving that her natural talent and years of business experience had prepared her to be a successful Real Estate Agent. Linda then convinced Claudia to do the same and a year and a half later, she too left the retail industry to join our sister in pursuing Real Estate full-time, and became a licensed Agent.
Until 2010 our sisters worked separately, but it was in January of that year that The Ragona Sisters Real Estate Team was born. Within a year of their partnership, “The Ragona Sisters” surpassed all of their sales expectations and continued to do so as the years passed. They expanded their service area and with it their team, including our third sister, Luisa.
The Ragona Family was united in another business venture once again and we couldn’t have been happier. In 2016 we proudly opened our own Real Estate Brokerage and named it “Re/Max Premier Ragona Sisters Realty, Inc”, which is independently owned and operated with the foundation of the ethics and dedication that has always been a part of our family’s work.
With over 47 years of combined experience in the Real Estate industry, each of us brings our own skill set, personality and flavor to the real estate team. Collectively, we offer an extraordinary combination of talents to every one of our clients. We are business strategists, interior decorators, marketing specialists, customer service experts, problem solvers, strong negotiators, loyal, honest, patient, goal-orientated, communicative, critical thinkers, who are highly driven and as from our roots, genuinely family-oriented.
All three of us have been trained and mentored by professional Real Estate Coaches and Mentors throughout the years to ensure we’re always at the peak of our skills. Our education and mentoring continues to this day as we believe we must constantly evolve with the times so that we can anticipate and always serve the needs of our clients in the most effective ways possible.
Through our partnership in Real Estate, “The Ragona Sisters” have achieved many accomplishments, awards and recognitions of which we are both proud and grateful to have received.
